# Changing plan or IP
You can request a change of plan or IP by creating a ticket in your personal dashboard.
# Changing plan within the same line
Attention!
Transition with reduction of disk space is impossible without recreating the service. Check with support for details regarding your specific situation.
If you want to switch to another plan within the same tariff line, this is possible without stopping the service. To do this, open the page of the required service, select "Create ticket" and specify which plan you want to switch to and how to calculate the payment.
We offer two calculation options for your choice:
- issue an invoice for additional payment for the remaining period;
- reduce the service term taking into account the new plan.
In the case of an invoice, it must first be paid, and if you asked to reduce the service term, then the plan will be changed immediately when processing the ticket.
# Transition between different tariff lines
If you want to switch to a plan from another line, direct transition is impossible. In this case, support can, upon request, delete the current service and return funds for the unused period to the balance, after which you can independently order the required service, or immediately replace the service similarly to transition within the same line, but with data loss.

# No suitable plan
We are always for flexibility of our services. Simply contact us through chat or tickets in your personal dashboard and we will provide a personal plan for your needs. It will be available for ordering in your personal dashboard exactly like our other plans.
# IP address replacement
IP address replacement is only carried out upon request through a ticket in your personal dashboard. You must specify a specific and justified reason. Replacement is not performed on formal request without explanation.
In case of approval, we will immediately replace the address and inform you in the response to the ticket. Review may take from 1 to 4 business days.
Important
When changing IP, your settings (for example, DNS records, program settings, license binding, etc.) may require updating. If you use software that depends on IP address, make sure to find out from the provider about its reconfiguration in advance.
