Auto-renewal and balance

In our personal dashboard, you can pay for a service either immediately on the page of the corresponding invoice, or using funds from your balance. Additionally, if there are insufficient funds on the balance to pay the issued invoice in full, you can reduce the invoice amount by the amount on the balance and pay only the remainder using available methods.

The billing system balance is used for calculations without multiple payments through the payment gateway, or for automatic service renewal. To top up your balance, click on the profile icon in the top right and select "Top up balance".

Auto-renewal can be activated on the page of the required service, after which on the day the service expires the issued invoice will be automatically paid using funds from the balance. If there are insufficient funds, you will receive a notification by email as usual, provided that you have enabled them in your profile.

Available methods

To pay for our services, you can use:

• bank cards of payment systems Visa, MasterCard and American Express;
• funds from PayPal account;
• cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and many others).

Note

MIR payment system cards, as well as Visa and MasterCard from Russian banks are not accepted for payment.
